I work with a network of digital professionals to assist on large-scale projects, but most of the time I'll be handling your work personally. Here's a bit more about me and my background to shed light on my approach to digital organizing.
I went to Georgetown University for undergrad where I worked in LGBTQ campus life, and helped organize a multi-year collective bargaining campaign The New Republic called, "a template for the future of American labor." Later, I learned a lot about Southeast Asia and spent a few years researching Burma's pro-democracy movement. I continued this work after graduating as an advisor for several community-based organizations on the Thai-Burma border.
In 2016, I joined the Bernie Sanders campaign in Burlington, VT where I managed national VoteBuilder admin, and later signed on as the campaign's National LGBTQ Outreach Coordinator. With the help of incredible colleagues and movement leaders, I led LGBTQ communications strategy, voter outreach, and surrogate programs for the rest of the primary.
From 2017-2019, I oversaw digital programs at Victory Fund, where I organized the first "National Out to Win Day", a campaign to raise awareness about LGBTQ underrepresentation in government, and worked with 250+ candidates to usher in the #RainbowWave – the largest influx of queer elected officials in American history.
